I know what it's like to deal with mediocre health. I spent most of my life looking in the mirror wishing I was twenty pounds lighter… and a whole lot more handsome.

I wished my skin would clear up and my muscles would get bigger. I wished I could run fast, lift heavy weights, slam dunk a basketball.

I tried more diets than I can remember. My whole childhood I struggled against overeating, binging on junk food to avoid my negative feelings. Even after making many improvements in my diet, I still struggled to develop a healthy relationship to my food.

Luckily for me - and luckily for all of us! - there is a simple, effective solution to these problems. A raw food diet!
