When I first got into raw food, I was literally spending hours preparing food, and I was still hungry all day! I thought, How does anyone do this? This is taking over my life and I'm not even enjoying it that much!

We all know we're supposed to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I heard it from my parents, my teachers, and doctors my whole life. It was really frustrating when it seemed like doing something so simple had to be difficult and time-consuming.

I was even using a cookbook that claimed to make raw food easy, but if hours in the kitchen daily is 'easy,' I'd hate to see what this author thought was hard!

And I've heard from so many people over the years how hard it was for them to try to eat a raw diet: "I spent all day in the kitchen! I just couldn't stand thinking about food so much."

Eating healthy should be easy. Really easy. With Stupidly Simple Raw Food Recipes, I decided to make the raw recipe book I wish I could have had when I was new to raw eating.

Why Stupidly Simple?

Most raw recipe books are way too complicated for anyone but gourmet chefs, so I wrote this book specifically to make eating raw food even simpler.
